Conclusions :
1) Links on images are not translated to pdf ... 
2) While Confluence is displaying the pixel contents of an image, the exporter uses the "print size" embedded in the jpg file ... 
3) The emoticons are well proportioned in the wiki, but not so in the pdf export ...
